Had just perfect stay in an executive double room with efficient staff and amazing location right in the centre. The full English breakfast was incredible, with the cereal.

The best location and absolutely helpful staff at least. Hotel was impeccably clean. Exceptional service offered too. Beautiful garden outside. It was a short walk to Harrogate city centre.

I had a very comfortable time, the staff was very polite. There was a wide range of fresh options for buffet breakfast. I liked its HANDY location not far from Valley Gardens, Valley Gardens which are lovely and the centre. .

Very nice stay in a pretty standard hotel. Magnificent restaurant, nice design, stunning location. It was next to Harrogate downtown. The view from double room was magnificent! Everything was amazing during our stay nonetheless disappointing aspect was cold bathroom. Exceptionally attentive staff were eager to help with special requests.

I had a wonderful experience here, everything was perfect, the location was unbeatable just off Restaurants, Valley Gardens and the centre. I was met by brilliant and attentive staff at the reception. The rooms with pleasant view, tea, as example. I enjoyed spending time here.

Breakfast was really tasty, the stuff was responsible. Greatly enjoyed the attached restaurant. Simple location - metres from harrogate turkish baths. The beach nearby was nice and the view was absolutely brilliant. Quick check in and brilliant service.
